How do I buy products?
Browse our products by using the search facility, or alternatively by clicking on the categories on the left hand menu.
Clicking on product pictures will display more information and a larger image.
Clicking the buy button will add the product to your cart, you can then continue shopping for other products.
Once you have chosen your products, click on the 'view basket'
button in the top right corner of the page. When you have reviewed your purchases, and made any amendments to quantities, click 'checkout'.
How do I pay for the products?
We accept all major credit and debit card. You will be required to fill your card details on our secure checkout page.
Are my credit card details safe online?
To help ensure that your card information is safe we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and ASPEncrypt. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. Your details are deleted straight after your payment is processed.
When entering your card details, you will see a small padlock icon near the bottom of your internet explorer and the prefix 'https://' in the address bar of the website. This means that you are on a secure page.
Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. We use a shared RapidSSL certificate.

What if a product I order is out of stock?
We do all our best to make sure our online catalogue is up to date with what is and isn't in stock. However, if a product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can. We will be able to get it back in stock and posted to you within a week. If you do not want to wait for us to get it in stock and posted to you, we will give you a full refund for that item.
What are your refund policies?
You will need to contact us within 3 days of delivery, using the form in the 'contact us' section of the website, or preferably phoning us on 01494 445046. Non-faulty goods should be in an as-new condition with all parts when returned.
We do not refund non-faulty fancy dress if it has been worn outside.
